Why are my items not showing up on eBay Express?
eBay Express makes it's faster and easier than ever to for buyers to breeze through products and add items from multiple merchants in one shopping cart. Some restrictions apply. Please see below.
The following guidelines must be met in order for your items to be automatically listed to eBay Express.
Product Criteria:
1. List your items in Fixed Price or Store Inventory Format ONLY.
2. When you list, make sure you include a photo.
3. Set the item condition in the eBay category specifics.
4. Specify shipping costs. (Fixed shipping rate will be displayed at the bottom of your eBay add)
eBay Account Qualifications / Settings:
1. Have a 100+ feedback rating with at least 98% of it positive.
2. No Private Feedback.
3. Be a US or Canadian Registered User.
4. Allow shoppers to pay by single, combined payments for their purchases. (This setting is found in your eBay preferences - changes will take affect within 7 days)
PayPal Account Qualifications / Settings:
1. Have a premier or business PayPal account.
2. PayPal account is set to ship to Unconfirmed Addresses.
