User Roles

There are four major User Roles in Laris that can be assigned to different employees, partners or anyone needing access to the account.

Administrator
Administrators have access to all portions and options of the software by default. Custom permissions do not apply to Administrators.

User
Users have limited access to portions and options of the software set by an Administrator. Permissions for the User role are set to “Access Denied” for all options, and must be enabled and governed by an Administrator.

Guest
Guest account has limited access to portions and options of the software set by an Administrator. Permissions for the Guest role are set to “Access Denied” for all options, and must be enabled and governed by an Administrator.

CSR – Customer Service Representative
CSR account has limited access to portions and options of the software set by an Administrator. Permissions for the CSR role are set to “Access Denied” for all options, and must be enabled and governed by an Administrator.
