Use Pickup Fail Safe For Closing Pickup Orders

If your customers have chosen to pickup their items locally rather than getting the item shipped to them, Laris has implemented a measure that will prevent the closing of an order if the products on that order still have a storage location associated with them.

Users will not be able to close orders if products are still stored on shelves.

This feature prevents the overselling of products that may not exist in your inventory.
If this option is disabled, you may close orders without removing the items from their storage locations.

Recommendation: Use this option when not using a bar code scanner.
