Use All-In-One Entry When Adding Inventory Items

There are two ways products can be entered into inventory. The process can be divided among two or three roles departments where one person makes the initial entry basic product details, condition, applicable functionalities, internal notes, additional description describing product specific information and pictures for the product/service and one or two others enter the description, shipping information, verify all information about the product and make sure the item is ready to list Quality Assurance or so called Lister process. This method of product entry is referred to as having a Quality Assurance / Product Review and Update step. If you would prefer to have all product information specified and checked by one person, you can select the All-In-One Entry feature. This feature should be enabled by sellers that do not sell a lot and / or sellers that do not require separate departments to add products.
