I've issued a non-paying bidder alert (Opened/Submitted an Unpaid Item Strike). The customer ended up paying for the item anyways. How do I remove the non-paying bidder alert?
A customer has not paid within my allowed time to pay for an eBay item. The customer still wishes to pay for the item. How do I make the item available for checkout without the customer needing to pay a restocking fee?
