SCO : Second Chance Offers do not display all previous bidders, why?
Q: When I click the SCO button in Laris to send second chance offer, I don’t see all previous bidders in the list to select from. In eBay.com I am able to see the list but still can not send an SCO for a selected group of bidders. Why is this happening?

A: If the notification option for SCO’s is turned off on a buyer’s account, that buyer id will not be displayed in the available second chance offer list in Laris. The Laris seller will not be able to initiate a SCO to that buyer id either from Laris or eBay. Laris filters out these types of bidder ids where as eBay does not. In any case, if you try to initiate the SCO from eBay to a buyer that has this option turned off, you will then notice that the action will not be carried through.
