Manage Pickups

From this screen you can view orders that have pickups scheduled, and search incomplete and unpaid orders. For more information about setting up pickups see Pickups Setup.

Most of this screen functions exactly like the Manage Orders screen. The biggest difference is that you can see the item location on the screen, next to the order number and Item ID.

Best Practice: If you get many orders with scheduled pickups, this screen can be vital to their management. You can narrow down the page to only show items that are scheduled for pickup that day. You can then use the Export to feature on the page to get the pickups into another format, or simply print the orders or invoices from the For Selected Items drop down (selecting all). When your buyer comes to your location to pickup the items, you'll not only have the ease of looking up their information, you can have the orders printed > sent to the warehouse > and the buyer's products are already at the loading dock!
