Your customers are the most important part of your business. Without them, you wouldn't make any money! This is where you can manage the information associated with your customers.

Creating a New Customer
Click on the
icon to Create a new customer. Fill out their information, and they will be in the CRM system.
Customer Management
To see all of your customers, hit the search button. Now you can see their name, account name, email address, eBay username, and more... you can also search by any criteria in the search column drop down menu.
For Selected Items
Approve for Private Marketplace
Your Private Marketplace can be configured in the Control Panel. This option will approve customers for your private marketplace.
Block users from Private Marketplace
Your Private Marketplace can be configured in the Control Panel. This option will block customers from your private marketplace.br>
Send email (limited to 10 customers)
You can email up to 10 customers any message you wish. The 10 customer limit is to avoid getting flagged for sending SPAM to recipients that do not wish to get emails.
Send Newsletter (to all subscribed customers)
Customers can register for your Newsletter during the Checkout process. You can e-mail your newsletter by selecting ALL customers, and choosing this option.
Delete Customer(s)
If you want to delete a customer entry, use this option.
Actions
The actions icon on the right of the screen will allow you to quickly create an order. Click on the
icon. You will instantly open an Order Details Screen. You can quickly add a product, and create an order.
To edit any customer data, click on their name. From here, you can see an order history snapshot for a customer and give them a specified discount based on the Customer Rating System section.
Notice the Customer Level attribute you can associate with a customer. This relates to your Private Marketplace and the prices the customers will see.
