Once you have items in your inventory you can list them on eBay. This procedure discusses using the Launch New Auctions screen in Laris.

Why doesn’t my product appear in Auctions - eBay - Launch New Auctions?

  • Answer 1: In order for your products to appear in "List New Auctions", some products require certain information in order for them to get listed properly on eBay, such as: title length (which can not exceed 55 characters in length), a picture, description, EBAY category and pricing and so on. Once all necessary criteria exist, your products will show up in "Auctions" "List New Auctions".
  • Answer 2: If you have set "Only list products after they stored on the shelf" to "Yes" under step #3 "Mobile Inventory Settings" in the Control Panel, and have not stored your product(s) on to the storage location; this will also prevent your item from appearing in "[[Auctions - eBay" "Launch New Auctions".
  • Answer 3: If you have enabled the " Do not list to eBay" option in your Product Details form or have submitted the item for approval. If you have submitted the item for approval, ensure that you review the item and update it.
  • Answer 4: The item might be in a non-listable folder. Check Inventory Folders for more information.
  • Answer 5: Your inventory item was submitted for Quality Assurance. You can check this by going to Product Ads > Manage Product Ads. Check the Image:Needsapproval.gif column and if there is a Red ! (exclamation point), this the QA needs to be relieved.
    • Check off the box(es) next to the items that you want to un-re-submit from Quality Assurance.
    • Click on General Options
    • Click on Re-Submit for Quality Assurance
    • Un-Check the box, in the pop-up window.
    • Click update
