How do I void shipments?

On the top menu bar under "Shipping," click on "Manage Shipments." There you will be able to view all current and all shipments sent in the past. You may void an issued tracking number up to 24 hours from the time of issuing. If you have past the 24 hour deadline, please call your shipping services provider and void the shipment with them. If you are using USPS via Endicia, please visit http://www.endicia.com, login and void your shipment through Endicia's web interface.
