How do I refund a paypal/credit card payment in an order?

Under the "Orders" menu, click on "Manage Orders." Once there, locate the order you wish to refund either by searching for the order number, a name, ebay auction number, e-mail address and so on. Enter the order by clicking on the order number. Once there, under "Order Payments", locate the transaction and on the far right portion of that transaction, click on refund. If the payment was made via PayPal, clicking refund will redirect you into paypal to complete the refund transaction and your order will be instantly marked as refunded. If the payment was made through your merchant provider, the refund will occur live and the order will be marked as refunded instantly.
