How do I find a tracking number of a package that was shipped out in the past?

Under the "Shipping" menu select "Manage Shipments," once there enable the check box that says "include sent," this will display all the shipmnets that you have sent in the past. To find a specific package you can search by the product ID, the customer's name, tracking number or even the order ID.
