How do I create discount coupons for my customers?

If you would like to create a discount for one time use or for unlimited use, the task can be achieved under the "Orders" menu, click on "Manage Discounts." Once there, click on the green plus or the "click here to create a new discount" link located in the center of the page. Once there select a "Discount Type" and continue through the form.

Discount Types:
Global Discount - Is applied to all orders that are created. All buyers that meet the specified discount criteria will receive this discount rate until the discount id is expired. For example: buy 2 get 10% off shipping.
Store Credit - Is applied to a customer and can only be used once. When creating the discount, you must assign a customer to it. If the customer does not exist, you may create the customer on the same page.
Product Promotion - Is applied to a single product. When creating the discount, you must specify the product that this discount will apply to upon purchase.

When your discount has been created, visit Orders -> Manage Discounts to view the discount ID and to send the discount coupon code to the customer for future purchasing from your company.
