Dazzle is the software that is provided by Endicia[1] which is the worlds leader in online USPS postage tools for eTailers.
Dazzle/Endicia Postage Setup Instructions
STEP 1
Downloading & Installing Dazzle:
Please visit Endicia[2] and sign up for a Premium Endicia Online Postage Account. Once you have successfully registered, you will be able to download and install Dazzle. For help on installing Dazzle, please call 1-800-576-3279 x140.
STEP 2
Setting up Dazzle for the first time: (after Dazzle has been installed)
2a) Create a directory called "Endicia" in your local disk (C:) on your computer. To do so, open "My Computer", double click on your local disk drive (Usually labeled C:) and then click on "FILE", then "New", then "Folder". Label the new folder as "Endicia."
2b) Launch Dazzle by double clicking the "Dazzle" icon on your local desktop or by clicking on "START" then "PROGRAMS" then locate the "DAZZLE" folder.
2c) Click on "Postage" then "Options" and then click on the "Premium Service Options" sub TAB.
2d) Under "Premium Options" select and enable the checkmark to "Monitor this directory for XML files:" In the line below modify the directory address to the folder that you have created in section 2A. "C:\Endicia\" and then set the time to monitor "every 2 seconds". Press "OK".
STEP 3 Inserting "Rubber Stamps" to display internal inventory numbers & Storage locations:
3a) Kyozou can output internal product/inventory numbers and their storage locations on your USPS shipping labels. Some sellers offer combined shipping for items, so it's important to accommodate this concept through the use of rubber stamps. Each rubber stamp will display a product number and it's storage location.
3b) To insert a "Rubber Stamp" click on "Insert" then "Rubber Stamp." Under "Address List Link" place a checkmark to enable "Link to Address List Field" and select "Rubber Stamp 1". Then click on "Fonts" and ensure that the font size is set to 8. Press OK twice. Now your mouse point has just become a "Rubber Stamp".
3c) Paste your "Rubber Stamp" in an undisturbed area of your shipping label by clicking once using your mouse. Ensure that you place it in an area of the label that will not get cut off and will not overlap any other information. You have now accommodated your label to display one package (Inventory number and storage location). You may add as many "Rubber Stamps" as you wish by following section 3B. Once you have added all required rubber stamps, click on "File" then "Save Layout".
STEP 4 How to enable "Stealth Postage" in Dazzle
4a) Click on "Postage" then "Options" and then click on the "Premium Service Options" sub TAB.
4b) To use "stealth" postage, simply select the Use Key Line (Stealth) Endicia checkbox. Click OK then you will see the stealth endicia image (which says "US Postage and Fees Paid") on your mail piece instead of a regular postage endicia.
