Endicia Dazzle - Special Characters in Name or Address

PROBLEM:
There have been reports of members having issues when printing shipping labels for buyers that have accented characters within their name and/or address information which causes the information on the shipping label to be distorted and not understandable by today's postal standards. This issue mainly affects sellers who ship to countries like Germany, Sweden, France and so on.

RESOLUTION:
In DAZzle Designer, click on File then Preferences. Click on the DDE sub tab and uncheck "Remove Unprintable Characters". This will tell Endicia / DAZzle not to check for special characters.
