There are dozens of customizable, automatic emails that Laris sends out.

Notification Schedules

The following shows you the different emails we send out when emails are sent out.

  Notification name Frequency
1 eBay First Notification to Winning Bidder Sent to winning bidder upon closing of the listing (Ebay, Overstock, etc.)
2 eBay Second Notification to Winning Bidder Sent 3 days after the listing has ended
3 eBay Final Notification to High Bidder Sent 24 hours before item is re-listed
4 eBay Re-List Notification Sent based on pre-defined settings in control panel step 10 (mark as unpaid and hold item after unpaid)
5 Insufficient Payment Notification Sent after a insufficient payment is received
6 Item Shipped Notification Sent after a shipment is processed and the related order has been closed
7 Payment Received Notification Sent when payment is received and cleared, and if item associated with order is not in unpaid status
8 Payment Refund Notification Sent shortly after a refund is issued
9 eBay Feedback Left Notification Sent shortly after feedback is left
10 eBay Feedback Not Yet Left Notification Sent 14 days after order is closed (and the buyer still hasn’t left feedback)
11 RMA Request Received Sent to the buyer after seller reviews RMA claim
12 RMA Proposal (From Seller) Sent when a proposal for RMA is submitted by the seller and a proposal type is not "Do not offer resolution at this time"
13 RMA Return Notification Sent upon the seller's instruction to the buyer when returning an item. Only if RMA proposal type is "Product Replacement", or "Full/Partial Refund"
14 RMA Item Received Notice Sent upon the seller selecting this option from the RMA module and if item's RMA proposal type is not "Offer Replacement Item"
15 Received RMA Item Incomplete/Unsatisfactory/Damaged notice Sent If the seller selects "received wrong/damaged/incomplete item"
16 RMA Item Received Awaiting Replacement availability Sent when the seller received the returned item and the RMA proposal type is "Offer Replacement Product"
17 Send Adjusted Total or Manual Order Checkout Instructions Sent when the seller initiates the command “Send checkout instruction" within an order
18 Rma Claim updated Sent shortly after a seller updates the claim. Note: The seller must select the “Send a copy via email” option.
19 Customer Discount Created Sent when a discount is created from the discount module (not from an order), a customer added to the discount and the "send email" option is checked
20 Customer Forgot Password Sent when buyer requests their shopping cart password
21 New Private Marketplace Customer Registration Sent when a new registration on a private ecommerce site has been made (Private Marketplace)
22 New e-Commerce Registration Sent when a new registration on an ecommerce site has been made (Standard E-commerce)
23 Private Marketplace Customer Approved Sent when a seller approves a customer for private marketplace access
24 Private Marketplace Customer Registration Declined Sent when a seller denies private marketplace access
25 Overstock First Notification To Winning Bidder Sent within minutes of listing end
26 Overstock Feedback Left Notification Sent after seller leaves feedback
27 Order Closed Notification Sent when order is closed
28 Auction Did Not Launch Sent if an auction did not launch

E-Mail TAGS

You can customize each of your e-mails to reflect your brand and product line. You can use these TAGS to help you automate filling out all of the variable data for your emails.

#SELLERNAME# Name of the auction seller. (If you have more than one auction seller with Laris, the name of the seller that made sale will be used)
#SELLEREMAIL# e-mail of the auction seller. (If you have more than one auction seller with Laris, the email of the seller that made sale will be used)
#BUYEREMAIL# Auction buyers e-mail
#SALEDATE# Date when sale was made
#EBAYTITLE# eBay Auction Title
#EBAYWINBID# Winning bid amount
#CHECKOUTLINK# URL Link to the checkout page
#EBAYITEMID# eBay Auction Number
#AUCTIONCURRENCY# Currency of auction
#BUYERUID# Auction buyers user name
#ADDRESSLINE1# Product warehouse street Address line 1
#ADDRESSLINE2# Product warehouse street Address line 2
#ADDRESSLINE3# Product warehouse street Address line 3
#CITY# Product Warehouse City
#ZIPCODE# Product warehouse Zip / Postal Code
#STATE# Product warehouse State or Province Code
