Bypass review if no internal notes specified

From Laris Support Wiki

Use this option to have the system send your listing to the ready to list section if the internal not has not been specified.

If an internal note is specified with this option enabled, the system will not permit your item to be listed unless it is reviewed and the internal note removed.
