Erroneous Listings

You can see in the image above, like most pages you can use the Export to feature to export data out of the system. Also, you can control how many records per page you want to see with the appropriate drop down menu. Keep in mind, the default records per page is 20 so the system will perform faster, if you're viewing 5000 records per page, the system might slow down.
Selling Totals & Questions
At the top of the page, you'll see a small snapshot of your auctions in the Selling Totals section. It shows you Active Items, Fixed Price items, Questions, Erroneous Listings, number of bids and total views.
The Laris Question system helps organize answering your questions by aggregating all eBay questions (only if asked about a product) in to an easy interface. You can click on the number of questions and it will pop up a new window. This will show you the number of questions, the question itself and a place to respond.
Searching Active Auctions
You can see all of the search features on the page. You can:
- Specify various search keywords that will search within different fields, specified by the Search Drop Down.

- Enter other Auction Watch screens by dropping down the Active menu to show Pending Auctions, Active Auctions, Unsold Auctions, Sold Auctions, Erroneous Listings.

- Perform a very advanced search that will only show auction that are ending in a certain amount of time, have a certain number of view or bids OR are pending best offer.
For Selected Items
The For Selected items drop down menu you can perform various tasks to your auctions.
Update eBay Auction Bids
This drop down selection does not function along with selecting particular items. The purpose of this feature is to update all bids and sync Laris to reflect updated bids on eBay. If you ever see a bid on eBay that is not corresponding with Laris, or you want to force updated bid values in Laris, use this selection to sync the bid levels.
End Auctions Early
You can use this feature to end all selected auction early. After selecting the auctions you want to end, choose this drop down selection. You will be prompted to choose a reason that the auctions are ending early and then they will move to Pending Auctions until they are pulled off of eBay by Laris.
Add to Description
You can easily add information to your selected items with this feature. It will display in eBay under your eBay Template and product information in a special description update section. If you want to revise your actual listing click on the
icon. Neither option will be available within the last 24 hours of your listing, as per eBay policy.
End Item early by AD Numbers
You can end items by AD number as well. This option does not work with selected items. Once the popup window opens, you can input AD numbers and end all active auctions that have the same AD number, and different Product IDs.
Disable Relist Profile
If certain listings have Auto-Relisting Profiles and you want to disable them from relisting, you can use this option.
Revise Listing
The
icon will allow you to change your listings without going to eBay. After clicking the icon, you'll see a popup window with various options to change. To modify the listing template information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Modify Description. The page will refresh and you can change any and all of the HTML that was sent to eBay by Laris. Otherwise, you can update listing features, change pricing and other eBay related options through this interface. If your items have a bid or if your auction has less then 24 hours until it is over.
